Don’t just stop eating a certain type of food to try to lose weight or get more fit. Just make the healthy choice. For example, “pick a loaf made from healthy, fiber-boosting grains instead of white bread made from refined flour and sugar.” Drink more water when changing your diet or increasing exercise to replenish any amount lost.

Anything without color, like bread containing refined sugar, is vitamin deficient.

Anything different from your normal meal, like a spicy Thai meal, is a good healthy balance now & then.
