Take A Bite & Heal Thyself

With the cold and flu season upon us, we’re told by friends and families to take all sorts of medicines and vitamins to stay healthy or get well. But there’s a natural medicine cabinet in our refrigerator and freezer – food. As an employee at Celebrity Foods, I have a variety of meats to choose from that are rich in iron which helps prevent fatigue, like USDA Prime Midwestern Angus beef.
